GAG is a one-person operation based in Ohio, USA, where every piece is designed, patterned, cut, and sewn in-house. With a hands-on approach at every stage, garments are shaped with care and intention at every stitch.
Because each piece is made-to-order, lead times typically run 2–3 weeks. This process ensures that nothing is rushed, and every garment receives the attention it deserves. GAG asks for patience during this time, knowing that what arrives to you has been guided start to finish by a single pair of hands dedicated to the craft.
HOW IS GAG RUN?
GAG’s message is LOVE OVER HATE. The freedom from the construct and judgment of others. Free to love one another. free to take your life into your own hands. GAG is meant to be a place of comfort and truth. I will always spread love and kindness through this brand, and I hope it encourages you to do the same. Love you’re peers for who they are, encourage their dreams. not because it's the GAG way but the Right thing to do.

GAG’S MESSAGE TO YOU!
I started GAG out of both a want and a need. As cooperative production expands, we are constantly reminded of the uniformity and compromises of mass production, especially in the overall quality of garments.
So, as Brand, I dedicated my approach to this problem, would in-house manufacturing (garments made in the studio) not only to ensure quality, but to have this personal relationship to the clothes I make and sell.
As a one-person studio, I never want to lose the hands-on approach. Every pattern, cut, and stitch is done at GAG’s in-house studio, so you know you’re getting what you pay for—something made with care and by GAG. While it won’t always just be me in the future, anyone who joins GAG will share the same dedication, patience, and love for the craft.
WHY GAG BECAME?
To ensure happiness with each order, Gag offers returns and exchanges.
Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Returns and exchanges for damaged or incorrect items must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and dust bags included.
How to Start a Return
Email or DM GAG with your order number and reason for return.
Photos are highly recommended for damaged or incorrect items.
Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping your item back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
If all original items or components are not included, the refund will not be eligible.
Please allow 2–5 business days for inspection and refund processing.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Follow the return process and re-order the correct size (subject to availability and lead times).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email or DM us within 3 days of delivery — we’ll ask for pictures to confirm the issue.
Return shipping costs for these cases are covered by GAG.
You’ll receive a full refund of the item price.
If you’d prefer a replacement instead of a refund, it will fall under the exchange policy (still within 3 days of delivery).
